Workouts week of 9.23
No running still as my shins are really feeling it. Trying to cross train but the bike is just mind numbingly boring. We’re going to get to this marathon start line no matter what though. I might give up on any time goal at this point but we still have a few weeks left.

10x2 kb snatch

9/24 Bike
70 minutes zone 2

9/25 Kettlebells
15x20 Kb swings
5x max Kb farmer carry
10x5 strict pull ups

9/26 Upper / Kettelbells
AM
Pullups / Dips 4x10
Incline press superset High row 6x8-12
Cable row superset side raises 4x12
Shoulder press superset cable pullover 4x10

PM: Kettlebells
5x20 kb swings
6x2 kb cleans

9/27 Kettlebells
10x10 one arm KB swings
Pull ups 5x10
