Notes
Busy week so kept the full body workouts in given limited time. Plan to get in a consistent running routine soon.

1.21: Full Body
Squat 5x5
Bench 5x5
*Hammer Strength High Row 5x6
Military Press 5x6
Seated Curls 3x10
Tricep Extension 3x10
Notes: This is my go to workout for any scenario. Busy week, unsure how many training sessions I'll be able to get in, I've found that at the least 1 to 2 full body sessions will help maintain almost all strength and size during these times. *I avoid bent over rows due to low back issues but normally would suggest bent over rows as the main back exercise if you're able to perform safely.

1.22: Run
4 Mile Run - easy pace

1.23: Kettlebell Complex
40 minutes Kettlebell circuit

1.26: Full Body
Incline Bench: 8x8
Hammer Strength High Row 8x8
Leg Press: 4x12 Narrow
Leg Press: 4x12 Wide
