2.12 Back/Shoulders
Lat Pulldown 3x10
Single Arm DB Row: 3x10
Hammer Strength High Row 4x8
Seated cable rows 3x10
Bent over rear delt fly 4x15
Side raise 3x15
DB Curls 4x12
Notes: Did not feel like going to the gym this day so I changed the workout back to a more hypertrophy focused workout to switch it up and make it more enjoyable. What matters most is the consistency.

2.13: Intervals
1 mile warm up
8x800m (2 min walk rest)
1 mile cool down

2.14 Full Body
Squat 5x5
Bench Press 5x8
Hammer Strength High Row 5x8
Shoulder Press 5x10
DB Curl 3x12
DB Skullcrusher 3x12
Notes: Travelling for the next two days. Full body splits help to cover all bases before any travels when workouts can be harder to get in.

2.17 Full Body/Stairs
Squat 4x8
Bench Press 4x8
Hammer Strength Pull Down 4x8
Stairmaster 100 flights
Notes: Quick workout before a flight home. I enjoy finding a cool gym to visit on any travels. Quick touch up and sweat before sitting on a plane.
